. Fit the inner flange onto the axis.
2 . Set the disc onto the inner flange.

. Set the outer flange onto the axis.
4 . Press the axis lock into the grinder head.

. Screw the outer flange with the lock nut wrench until securely fastened.
The axis lock should only be used to change discs.
Never to stop the disc while rotating.
The threaded mounting of the accessories must match the spindle thread.
Accessories that do not match the installation fixtures on the tool will cause
unbalance, excessive vibration and or may cause loss of control.
• Using a cross screwdriver, loosen the set screw so that the inside of the guard passes
freely over the slots in the cover.
• Match both cantilevered parts inside the protective guard with the corresponding slots
in the axis cover.
• Turn 180° into the opposite position. Push down until it bottoms out against the cover.
• Fix pushing the bracket lever.
