Issue: Both "Ink" and "Paper" lights are blinking
Problem
Solution
Ink cartridge mechanism is
stalled .
•
Open the top cover, and then close it .
•
If the lights still blink, unplug the power
cord from the power outlet, and then plug it
in again .
•
If the lights still blink, contact customer
support at 1(800)919-3199 .
Issue: I hear a clicking noise, and the Printing Mailbox
is not printing
Problem

NOTE:
Remember, even if this unstalls the ink cartridge mechanism,
the Presto Printing Mailbox may not print anything until its next
scheduled dial-in time .
