Rules for the safe use of power adapters
1. Use only the original power adapter and USB cable provided to charge the device. The use of a
non-original power adapter and USB cable will void the manufacturer's warranty. This is because
the wrong power adapter can cause the device to take longer to charge or malfunction, as well as
causing it to catch fire. The original power adapter takes into account all mandatory technical
parameters, such as:
- voltage at the power supply output (see the inscription "OUTPUT, V" on the adapter body);
WARNING!
The output voltage of the power adapter must strictly correspond to the voltage
consumed by the device.
- current at the power supply output (see "OUTPUT, A/mA" on the adapter housing);
NOTE.
The current delivered by the power adapter must be equal to or slightly greater than the
rated current for the device.
- the polarity on the connector (pin) of the power adapter;
NOTE.
The polarity indicates which part of the connector (external or internal) receives positive
current.
- configuration and size of the power adapter cable connector.
NOTE.
The parameters (geometric shape, outer and inner diameter size and length) of the power
adapter cable connector must match the parameters of the power port connector of the device.
2. Do not use the power adapter to power or recharge any and all incompatible devices. The
manufacturer shall not be liable for any consequences, whether direct or indirect, arising from the
use of the adapter for purposes other than its intended use or for powering or recharging a device
not supplied with this package.
3. Do not disassemble the power adapter.
4. Do not plug the power adapter into the mains before connecting it to a suitable device.
5. Do not allow liquid to come in contact with the power adapter.
6. Do not use power adapters that show signs of corrosion on the plug pins or signs of overheating
(e.g. deformed plastic) on the plug or on the plastic housing.
7. To prevent overheating, do not cover the power adapter plugged in with clothing or other
objects.
