Removing the RTC Battery

1.

See “Removing the Battery” on page 55

See “Removing the Middle Cover” on page 59

4.

Disconnect the RTC cable from the mainboard and remove the RTC battery.

NOTE: 

Connect the RTC cable to RTC1 immediately and install the RTC battery back to the upper case to 

prevent the CMOS from resetting.

Removing the Modem Board

1.

Disconnect the two RF cables from teh wireless LAN board.
