Troubleshooting

General issues

-  If  you  run  into  any  issues,
always  start  troubleshooting  by
ensuring that the charger is  not
damaged  or  covered  in  any
foreign  substances  and  that  it
does  not  have  an  unpleasant
odor. If you discover any of the
above,  stop  using  the  charger
immediately  and  contact  the
service center.
-  Ensure  that  the  charger  has
not been subjected to excessive
cold  or  heat.  Leave  it  at  room
temperature  for  at  least  30
minutes.    Allowable  ambient
temperature  for  the  device  is
from -10 ºC up to 45 ºC

The device does not
turn on. The battery

- Ensure that the charger has
not simply lost its charge
