Operation Guide
Fully charge the device before first use.
Charging the smart wine opener
1. Connect the charging cable, which comes with
the product, to the device's USB port.
2. Connect the cable to a charging adapter with a
current no higher than 1 amp.
3. Connect the adapter to a power source. The
charging indicator light, which is comprised of 4
LED lamps, will start flashing from left to right
repeatedly. When the battery is fully charged, the
charging indicator will stop blinking and will glow
steadily without flickering.
4. To be fully charged, the device's battery must be
charged for up to 4 hours.
5. Do not charge the electric corkscrew for more
than 4 hours with the intent of increasing battery
life.
Opening the bottle
1. Place the foil knife on the neck of the bottle.
2. Squeeze the knife with the palm of your hand so
that the blades are located on the inner side,
tightly grasp the neck and make several full turns
in both directions. If the foil still holds, repeat the
action several times until the foil is completely
removed.
3. Place the electric corkscrew on the neck of the
bottle (holding the wine bottle with your other
hand). Ensure that the corkscrew is in a vertical
position and positioned directly in the centre of
the cork.
4. Press and hold the DOWN button (the button
for removing the cork from the bottle), while
pressing the corkscrew from the top. After the cork
has been completely removed, the device will
automatically stop. Then you can release the
DOWN button and remove the cork from the
bottle neck.
5. Press and hold the UP button until the cork is
fully removed.
Warning
The corkscrew is to be used to open wine bottles
with cork stoppers, including synthetic cork. Do
not use to open champagne or other sparkling
wine bottles. Be careful when opening wines more
than 15 years old using the electric corkscrew - the
cork may break apart.
