Drill out the rivet (3) securing the rear of the rocker
panel (5) to the frame.
2.
Remove the lock nut (6), washer (7), and screw (1)
securing the front of the rocker panel (5) to the
fender flare.
3.
Remove the remaining lock nuts (4), spacers (8), and
screws (2) securing the rocker panel (5) to the frame
(Ref Fig. 4).
Be sure to retain the spacers (5) for reuse during assem-
bly.
Assemble in the reverse order of removal using new riv-
ets (3) and lock nuts (4, 6). Tighten the lock nuts (4, 6) to
the torque values below.
