2 washers, 9 mm
2 M8 lock washers
2 M8 x 20 mm SHCS
2 hole plugs
Tools: Hex wrench, 6mm
with extension
Torque wrench
With the main frame still upside down, connect handlebars . Have
assistant hold in place.
Fully tighten to 21 ft-lb (29 N-m) of torque.
CAUTION!
Do not drop hardware down frame tube.

2 M12 x 35 mm SHCS
2 washers, 13 mm
Tool: Hex wrench, 10 mm
Turn over main frame and connect to lower cross brace . Connect
horizontal fasteners only. The lower fasteners for the main frame will be
connected after the legs are installed.
Do not fully tighten at this time.
This will be completed in the
Moving
Parts
section.

Tools: Hex wrench, 10 mm
Socket wrench, 19 mm
Torque wrench
Gently rock the frame to align.
Tighten all M12 fasteners
(except those in
step 4 above)
to a torque of 55 ft-lb (75 N-m).
Do not tighten the M10 screws installed in step 1 at this time.
They will
be removed temporarily in a later step.
