Assembling and Maintaining the 835 Climber

Insert the handlebar flange onto the screws protruding 

through the handrail clamp). Rotate the handlebar to align 

it with the side screw holes. 

CAUTION: Hold the handlebar upright until it is securely 
fastened in step 6.

Thread the two hex nuts and washers (removed earlier) 

back onto the screws. 

Important

: 

Do not tighten the two hex nuts at this time.

Attach and fully tighten two buttonhead screws to secure 

the handlebars, as shown in the following illustration.
