Maintenance Instructions

We

recommend

inspecting

the

system

periodically

(every

12

months).

We

further

recommend

the

following

maintenance

operations

in

order

to

guarantee

maximum

module

performance:

1.

Clean

the

glass

surface

when

required.

Use

water

and

a

sponge

(or

a

soft

cloth).

A

non

abrasive

detergent

may

be

used,

if

necessary.

Do

not

use

aggressive

detergents

affecting

the

glass

transparency.

2.

Clean

the

modules

during

the

coolest

hours

of

the

day

to

avoid

thermal

stress

and

consequent

mechanical

stress

with

risk

of

breakage..

3.

Dirt

must

never

be

removed

or

rubbed

when

dry

to

avoid

micro

scratches

and

a

loss

of

efficiency.

In

case

of

snow,

use

a

soft

brush

to

clean

the

surface

of

the

module.

4.

Electrical

and

mechanical

connections

must

be

periodically

inspected

by

qualified

technician

to

verify

that

they

are

efficient,

safe,

corrosion

free

and

not

damaged.

Any

problem

must

be

handled

only

by

qualified

operators.

5.

Carefully

follow

all

maintenance

instructions

for

all

other

components

used

in

the

photovoltaic

system.

DANGER

During

maintenance

operations

please

stop

the

current

production.

Avoid

contact

with

terminals

when

modules

are

exposed

to

light.

RISK

Do

not

replace

module
