Will not charge device
Ensure your smartphone supports Qi
wireless charging.
Ensure the mobile device is placed directly
in the centre of the charging pad.
Restart your mobile device and wireless
charger.
Take off your phone case as it may be
interfering with the wireless charger.
Will not power on
Ensure the USB cable is connected
properly to a suitable USB mains adaptor
or USB charging port.

Insert the USB-C power cable in a 5VDC/9VDC USB mains power adaptor
(not included) or a suitable USB charging port such as a computer.
Note:
It is suggested to use a Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 3.0 or Power
Delivery USB mains adaptor of up to 18W for fast charging. Please check to
see if your charger supports quick charge otherwise it will charge at 5W.

Place your Qi wireless enabled smartphone on top of the wireless charger
to begin charging.

The charging pad is compatible with MagSafe® iPhones® which will
magnetically charge on this device. If your device is Android or an older
generation of iPhone®, then you can stick the included ring magnet to the
rear side of your smartphone.
Note:
This device doesn’t support smartphone cases when using the ring
magnet as it may not charge properly.
