4. Applications
The DC UPS is designed for indoor use to provide emergency power backup to all kinds of 12V
DC-powered equipment up to a maximum power of 18 Watt such as routers, modems, set-top
box, VOIP phone systems, surveillance system, alarm system, access control system and many
critical telecom equipment.

6. Trouble Shooting
Use the table below to solve minor problems.
Problem
Possible Cause

Red LED is on.
Overload or short circuit occurs
on UPS and UPS transfers to fault
mode.
Remove fault (disconnect load). Press
button for more than 1 second and
release to restart unit.
Battery backup time is
shorter than nominal
value.
Battery is far too low.
Contact your dealer for a replacement
battery.
No output and LED
indicator is off.
Internal fault has occurred.
