Be sure lawnmower is level.
Remove oil dipstick from oil fill spout.
Wipe the oil dipstick clean; refit and tighten teh oil tank cap and then remove it again. The
oil level must be within the marking and should be clear with gold colour.
Refill if the oil level is too low.
IMPORTANT:
Check oil level before each use. Add oil if needed. Fill to full line on dipstick.
Change the oil after every 25 hours of operation or each season. You may need to change
the oil more often under dusty, dirty conditions.
9.1.2
Add gasoline (Fig. 2)
WARNING: never fill fuel tank indoors, with engine running or until the
engine has been allowed to cool for at least 15 minutes after running.
Fill fuel tank to base of tank filler neck. Use fresh, clean, regular unleaded gasoline.
Do not overfill.
Do not mix oil with gasoline.
To assure fuel freshness, only purchase fuel in quantities that can be used within 30 days.
CAUTION: Wipe off any spilled oil or fuel. Do not store, spill or use gasoline
near an open flame
CAUTION: Alcohol blended fuels (called gasohol or using ethanol or
methan can attract moisture which leads to separation and formation of
acids during storage. Acidic gas can damage the fuel system of an engine
while in storage. To avoid engine problems, the fuel system should be
emptied before storage (See chapter Storage, further in this manual)
9.1.3
Charging the battery (Fig. 3)
Your lawn mower is powered by an electric start engine that is started using the supplied
Li-ion starter battery.
Use only the battery charger supplied with your tool. Only this type of battery chargers is
suitable for the lithium-Ion battery of your power tool. The battery is not charged when the
lawn mower is in operation.
Note: The battery is supplied partially charged. To obtain the full capacity of
the battery, fully charge the battery in the charger before the first use. The
lithium-ion battery can be charged at any time without reducing its service
life. Interrupting the charging procedure does not damage the battery.
After unpacking, remove the battery protection strip.
Press the check button (A) of the battery to check the charge status of the battery.
Connect the charger to the mains power supply. Insert the battery into the charger and, at
that moment, the red LED of the charger will light up.
We recommend that you fully charge the battery before the first use.

Charge indicator (Fig. 4 a-b)
The charger has two LEDs (red and green). The red LED is the power indicator. When the
