8.2 

Removal / insertion of battery 

WARNING:  Before  making  any  adjustments  ensure  the  tool  is switched off 
or remove the battery pack. 

 

Hold the tool  with one hand and the battery pack (10) with the other. 

 

To install: push and slide battery pack into battery port, make sure the release latch on the 
rear side of the battery snaps into place and battery is secure before beginning operation. 

 

To remove: Press the battery release latch and pull the battery pack out at the same time.

Battery capacity indicator (fig. 1) 

There  are  battery  capacity  indicators  (13)  on  the  battery  pack,  you  can  check  the  capacity 
status  of the  battery  if  you  squeeze  the  button  (14). Before  using the machine,  please  press 
switch trigger to check if the battery is full enough for properly working. 
Those 3 LED might show the status of the capacity level of the battery: 

 

3 LED’s are litt: Battery fully charged 

 

2 LED’s are litt: Battery 60% charged 

 

1 LED is litt: Battery almost discharged 

9  ASSEMBLY 

9.1 

Bike handle installation (Fig. 2) 

 

Place handle between handle clamp and handle holder. Adjust the handle to an angle that 
provides a comfortable working position and then tighten four screws(A) so that the handle 
assembly cannot move. 

 

Place grip cover the handle and grip hold (1). Adjust the handle to an angle that provides a 
comfortable working position (2) and then tighten one screw (B) and one nut so that the 
grip assembly cannot move. 

9.2 

Installation protection guard (Fig. 3) 

Fit  the  correct  trimmer  guard  for  use  with  the  motor

then  tighten  three  screws  so  that  the 

guard assembly cannot move. 

9.3 

Installing the harness (Fig. 4) 

 

Adjust the harness hanger in a comfortable position 

 

Buckle the harness at the hanger 

9.4 

Replace the metal blade to spool 

CAUTION: NEVER use unit if blade is warped or has teeth that are chipped 
or missing. Replace a damaged blade immediately. 

CAUTION:  Always  wear  heavy-duty  work  gloves  when  handling  and 
installing a blade. 

9.4.1 

Metal blade (Fig. 5) 

 

Turn the tool upside down so that you can replace the cutter blade (2) easily. 

 

To dismount the cutter blade (2), insert the hex wrench through the hole on the protector 
cover and receive washer (1). rotate the receive washer (1) until it is locked with the hex 
wrench. Loosen the hex nut (5) (left-hand thread)with the hex socket wrench and remove 
the nut (5), cup (4), clamp washer (3) and hex wrench. 

 

Mount the cutter blade (2) onto the shaft so that the guide of the receive washer fits in the 
arbor hole in the cutter blade . Install the clamp washer (3), cup (4), and secure the cutter
