   USING YOUR APPLIANCE 

 

1. 

Remove the Inner pot and Aluminium plate (with seal ring) and thoroughly wash 
them with hot water & detergent with a non-abrasive sponge.  

 

2. 

Clean the inside and outside of the appliance with a wet cloth. 

 

3. 

Put food to be cooked into the Inner pot, with the: 

 

maximum volume not more than 4/5 

 

bulk of the food not exceeding 3/5 

 

minimum volume not less than 1/5 

of the volume of the inner pot. 

 

 

 

4. 

Wipe away excess  water from the outside of the Inner pot before 
placing the Inner pot into the External pot. 

 

 

 

5. 

Turn over the Pot cover to insert the Aluminium plate (with seal ring) 
to the underside of the Pot cover. 

 

 

 

Closing the pressure cooker 

 

6. 

To secure the Pot cover onto the pressure cooker, align the Pot cover with the Pot 
handles as shown in the figures below:
