Unpack all parts from the package and place them on the floor.

Clean the exterior parts of the fan thoroughly with warm water & detergent with a
soft cloth.

Insert the Fan Blades into the blades slot. Check that the Fan Blades are NOT
damaged.

The appliance can rest on its Base or, since the Base itself is in the form of a Clip,
clip the appliance to a stable and dry surface. Damage may occur if the product is
clipped on a movable, unstable, slippery or wet surface.
5.
The Base itself is in the form of a Clip, which can grip onto any object.
