JUMP STARTING A 12V VEHICLE
1. Make sure that the PowerJump Jump Starter’s power level is at
least 75%.
2. Make sure all vehicle lights are switched off (interior and exterior),
including hazard/emergency lights.
3. Make sure Fan / Air Conditioning / Heater are switched off.
4. Plug the Cord of the PowerJump cable into the Jump Start socket.
5. Connect the RED battery clamp of the PowerJump cable to the vehicle's
POSITIVE (+) battery terminal and connect the BLACK battery clamp of
PowerJump cable to the vehicle's NEGATIVE (-) battery terminal.
6. Wait 60 seconds.
7. Start the vehicle.

e the PowerJump cable from the Jump Start socket.
10. Leave the vehicle’s engine running
1. Make sure that the PowerJump Jump Starter’s power level is at

4. Plug the Cord of the PowerJump cable into the Jump Start socket.

PowerJump cable to the vehicle's NEGATIVE (-) battery terminal.
6. Wait 60 seconds.
7. Start the vehicle.
9. Remove the PowerJump cable from the Jump Start socket.
10. Leave the vehicle’s engine running
Never allow clamps to touch each other or to contact the same piece of metal to prevent sparking.
PowerJump should be re-cha
rge
d after each use. No more than 3 jump
starts per single charge.
8. Once the vehicle starts, WITHIN 30 SECONDS disconnect the BLACK
battery clamp from the vehicle’s NEGATIVE (-) battery terminal, then
disconnect the RED battery clamp from the vehicle’s POSITIVE (+) battery
terminal.
