9. Troubleshooting
1) Error: you have no video capture hardware
•
If you see this message after clicking on the Icon, it means the driver’s not installed successfully
and you may want to try installing it again.
•
Please check the “Device Manager”, check if the driver is not correct installation. Please install
drivers again.
•
If you still experience the same error after installing for the second time, there might be a conflict
in IRQ. Please try reinstalling the card into other PCI slot to resolve the problem.
Please check and make sure Real Angel 330 and other devices are using different IRQ. You can
check by opening the device manager, click “View”, select “resource
(by type)”
, click “IRQ”, and
then list all the IRQ that devices used.

If there is a conflict of IRQ, first unplug the other card and leave the tuner card on your PC, then
install the TV tuner card driver. Once you successfully install your TV tuner card, install the other
card in different PCI slot, then install driver, this will help solve IRQ conflict problem.
Note
•
This is a common troubleshoot since LAN Card, Sound Card; SCSI Card requires the use of IRQ.
Please check before installing your Real Angel 330.
2) Why I cannot shut down my PC?
•
Before you panic, try unplugging the main power cord to reseat TV Tuner Card to restart your
computer. If that doesn’t work here are a few tips on troubleshooting:
1. If you have a multi-Boot system and RA330 TVPRO is not installed and running on the
default OS.
Solution: Set the default OS appropriately or install RA330 TVPRO on the default
booting OS.
2. There may be another reason, incorrect connection between TV card and motherboard
will problems preventing starting normally.
Solution: Remove all the cards and troubleshoot PC start up. Remember to correctly
reconnect the power switch cables.
3. Some software may cause interference with RA330 TVPRO.
Solution: Shut down that software which might create the conflicts.
4. The RA330 TVPRO Scheduler shortcut is missing from the Programs “Startup” folder.
Solution: Reinstall RA330 TVPRO.
