Caring For Your Service Cart
1.
Grease wheel bearings at least once a month using an industrial
lubricant.
2.
Rinse down cart at the end of every day. This will help prevent
chemicalerosion.
3.
For 2012 model & older:Look over all bolts to make sure they are
screwed in tightly.
4.
Store in a dry place out of the sun at the end of the day.
5.
Check battery once a month for any acid leaks.
6.
Look over male and female plug frequently for any sign of
damage. Replace as needed.

We Provide Repair Services
Power Vac provides an excellent repair service. Once your
package is received we provide a turnaround time of 72 hours or less. No
RMA’s required. Just visit our website to fill out the
Repair Return Form
.
Make sure to print it out and place the form inside with your vacuum
then mail it to our factory (address is on form).
Power Vac is not responsible for any shipping charges which
require the product to get to our factory.
When the package is received a technician will contact you to
discuss the needed repairs.
Keep in mind that Power Vac cannot warranty do-it-yourself
installations. To receive a warranty on a motor or cord it will have to be
installed by a certified Power Vac technician.
ALL VACUUMS WILL LEAVE OUR FACTORY WITH A MALE PLUG
INSTALLED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If your vacuum is still under warranty you will not be charged for
repairs done to your motor, cord or shell. Power Vac will also pay to
have the vacuum shipped back to you.
