ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Installing Eye Shield Mounting Arm (Figure 3)
1.
Attach the right eye shield mounting rod (1) to the wheel guard (2) with bracket (3), washer (4) and screw (5).
2.
Repeat for the left eye shield mounting rod.
Installing Spark Guards (Figure 2)
1.
Attach the right spark guard (1) to the wheel guard (2) with washer (3) and bolt (4).
2.
Adjust the spark guard to within 1/16" of the grinding wheel or other accessory being used. Tighten bolt (4) to
secure.
3.
Repeat for the left spark guard.
Installing Tool Rest (Figure 1)
1.
Attach the right tool rests (1) to the wheel guard (2) with washers (3) and bolts (4).
2.
Adjust tool rest to within 1/16" of the grinding wheel or other accessory being used. Tighten bolt (4) to secure.
3.
Repeat for the left tool rest.
