FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
On/Off Trigger Switch
1.
(SEE FIGURE 2)
To start sander, pull the
trigger switch (1).
2. To stop sander, release the trigger.
3.
For continuous operation, pull the trigger (1)
and press the lock-on button (2). The sander
will continue to run until the trigger is pulled
fully and then released.
ASSEMBLY
WARNING: Risk of personal injury. Always disconnect the sander from the power outlet before
making any adjustment, installing or changing the sandpaper or dust bag.
Installing Sandpaper
1.
(SEE FIGURE 3)
Release the rear sandpaper
clamp by pulling up on the clamp lever (2)
until it disengages from the base tab (3).
Rotate clamp to the full open position.
2. Place the narrow edge of the sandpaper (4)
between the clamp and the sander base (grit
side up). Note: Use sandpaper provided or
1/3 of any standard 9" x 11" sandpaper
sheet (approximately 3.6" x 9").
3. Rotate clamp to the closed position and
secure clamp lever behind base tab.
4. Wrap the sandpaper tightly around the
pad (5) on the bottom of the sander base.
Insert the loose edge between the front
clamp and the sander base and secure with
the clamp in a similar manner.
