2. Hold the lock assembly (#4) to the outside bottom
of rear body (#1) and align the bolt holes.
3. Drop an M6*10 hexagon bolt (#10) into each set
of bolt holes. Slide a flat washer

6 (#8) over each
protruding bolt and secure with an M6 nylon
locknut (#9) (Fig. 1).
4. Hold the door assembly (#3) against the upper
inner surface of the conduit and align the bolt
holes. Make sure the door flanges are
facing downward (Fig. 2).
5. Insert an M6*10 hexagon bolt (#10)
through the bolt holes from inside the
conduit. Slide a flat washer

6 (#8) over
the bolt and secure with an M6 nylon
locknut (#9).
6. Repeat step 4 with the other two sets of
bolt holes to secure the door.
7. Fasten the front and rear bodies (#1 and 2)
together with ten M6*16 bolts (#7) (Fig. 3)
a. Position the front and rear bodies to align
the bolts. Make sure the rear door will
open upwards before installing bolts.
b. Insert a bolt through a set of aligned bolt
holes. Slide a flat washer

6 (#8) onto the bolt and secure with a nylon
lock nut (#9).
c. Install the other 9 bolts in the same manner as step 7b.
8. Position the assembled conduit carrier on the
vehicle’s roof rack cross bar until satisfied. Be
aware of how far the carrier will extend past
the rear of the vehicle.
9. Place two u-clamps (#5) over the conduit
carrier, so one sits on either side of the roof
rack cross bar (Fig. 4)
