5. Push the rear handle (E) on to the frame (B) ends near the shaft plate (A) until
the bolt holes align. Insert an M6 x 60 bolt (N) bolt through each leg, handle
and frame. Secure with a washer and nut (Fig. 3-3).
6. Place a tray support (G) on the shaft plate. The curve faces inward. Secure
with two M6 x 20 bolts (M), washers and nuts. Repeat tray support installation
on the other side (Fig 4).
7. Turn the cart upside down to install the wheel assembly.
8. Slide the axle (H) through the shaft plate’s openings until it protrudes from
both sides.
9. Slide a wheel (I) hub first onto the axle. Slide a wheel washer (O) onto the axle.
Insert a cotter pin (P) through the axle and bend the tines back to secure the
wheel. Repeat on the other side (Fig. 5).
10. Turn the cart right-side up.
11. Position the tray (J) between the rear handle and the strut. Make sure the
bottom will between the tray supports (Fig. 6).
12. Push the tray down until the wedges on either end pop under the strut and
handle. Pressure will hold the tray in place.
13. Check all bolts and retighten when necessary.
