ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.
ADJUSTING THE FRAME LENGTH
The tray’s vertical end is the front. The sloped end is the rear.
1. Place the tray (#1) on the ground or on an object to slightly raise the front end.
2. Insert a washer onto the 5/16 x 2 in. hex bolt (#18) and drop it into one of
the four bottom-front bolt holes. Repeat with the other three bolts.
3. Lift the tray and position the legs (#8) so the four bolts are inserted through
the leg’s bolt holes. Rest the legs on the ground so it supports the tray.
4. Push the right fixed handle (#13) onto the right-side bolts. The two holes
on the handle face outward. Secure each bolt hand-tight with a washer,
lock washer and nut. Repeat on the other side with the left fixed handle
(#11). The holes also face outward on this handle.
5. Insert a washer on each 5/16 x 2-1/2 in. hex bolts (#17). Insert the bolts
through the front of the tray and through the left and right fixed handles
(#11 and 13). Secure each with a washer, lock washer and nut.
6. Insert the cart handle (#10) into the ends of the fixed handles and push
until the click buttons lock into a set of holes on either side.
7. Tighten all nuts with a wrench. Slide the handle between each set of holes
to determine if you should reposition either fixed handle.
8. Tip the tray onto its side to expose the bottom.
9. Slide a washer onto each 3/8 x 3/4 in. truss head bolt (#16). Insert one of
the bolts through the tray’s uppermost rear bolt hole.
10. Position one rear panel (#3) onto the bolt, with the flange facing the rear of
the tray. Secure hand-tight with a washer, lock washer and nut.
11. Align the rear panel with the other bolt holes and insert the four other
bolts, securing each of them with a washer, lock washer and nut.
12. Repeat steps 8 to 10 with the remaining rear panel (#3) and 3/8 x 3/4 in.
bolts. The panel’s flange will face the tray’s front.
13. Turn the tray upside down with the legs and panels on top.
