c. Tighten one or both hex head set screws to secure the cross brace
extension.
4. Use the mounting plates as a template and drill four 7/16 in. holes into the
bed rail, two on top and two on the side.
5. Secure each mounting plate with four screws.
a. Slide an M10 flat washer (B) onto an M10*45 hex bolt (A).
b. Insert the bolt through the mounting place and drilled hole.
c. Slide an M10 flat washer onto the protruding bolt.
d. Screw an M10 locknut (C) onto the screw and tighten.
6. Repeat with the other mounting plate.
7. Position the rear rack as desired. The rear uprights face to the front.
8. Repeat steps 3 to 6 to install the rear rack assembly.
9. Adjust all rack connections to ensure they are square and that the front and
rear racks are level, then tighten all bolts and nuts with wrenches.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier to
control and will have fewer problems.
2. Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or replace damaged or
worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
3. Maintain the tool’s labels and name plates. These carry important information.
