Triplex Pump Unloader Valve Kit

UNLOADER VALVE MAINTENANCE
1. Check that the Unloader Valve Kit has all the components before
disassembling the pump.
2. Remove the adjustment knob screw (#44), Adjustment knob cap (#45),
adjustment knob, (#46) upper spring seat (#80), spring (#47) and lower
spring seat (#48) (Fig. 1).
3. Hold the pump firmly. Use an open-end wrench size 13/16 in. (21 mm) to
loosen the unloader valve assembly from the valve housing (Fig. 2).
4. Check the unloader valve assembly and replace if there is any damage (Fig. 3).
5. Return the unloader valve assembly to the valve housing (Fig. 4).
6. Replace the adjustment knob assembly in the reverse order of Step 1 (Fig. 5).
7. Adjust the pressure setting by turning the knob clockwise or counterclockwise
(Fig 6).
