• Always wear necessary safety equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection and
gloves.
• Note that the work head may continue rotating after the tool is turned off.
• WARNING! On the upper side of the tool there is a shaft-lock button. Do NOT press
the shaft-lock button while the tool is running.
• WARNING! Do not use a grinding or cutting accessory with a diameter larger than 1"
(25 mm). Excessive workload can seriously damage tool, leading to overheating or fire,
or causing grinding accessory to fly apart.

Operation
WARNING! Unplug the rotary tool before installation!
Cut-off Wheel Assembly
1. Loosen the screw at the top of the mandrel in a counter clockwise direction.
2. Put the cutting wheel on the mandrel.
3. Firmly tighten the screw in a clock wise direction.
Sanding Roller Assembly
1. Loosen the screw of the sanding band.
2. Slide the sanding roller on.
3. Tighten the screw in a clockwise direction.
Polishing Pad Assembly
1. Using the screw thread on top of the polishing pad shaft, screw the
shaft into the hole in the polishing pad.
