Trigger Lock
The grinder has a trigger lock. Squeeze the switch, then press the
trigger lock for continuous operation. Release the trigger lock by
squeezing the switch a second time.
WARNING - Before working, let it operate for no less than one
minute without load.
How to Operate
Before working, let the grinder run for no less than one minute
without load.
First, ensure that the angle grinder disc is resting on the work
surface. Grasp angle grinder and turn it on. Move it in long,
sweeping strokes along the surface, letting it do the work.
Maintenance
1. The brushes should be checked periodically and worn-out
brushes should be replaced. After replacing, inspect whether the
new brushes can move freely in the brush holder. Run the motor
for 15 minutes without load to shape the brushes, so that they are
properly aligned with the commutator.
2. Keep the vent passage clear from dirt. Clean off the accumulated
dust and oil dirt periodically.
3. During normal operation, if anything happens, the power supply
should be cut off at once and the tool should be checked and
repaired.
CAUTION: Only qualified service personnel can repair the tool.
