Workpieces placed on top of each
other or side by side cannot be secured
properly, they may block the saw blade
or move relative to each other.
• Keep the cut free of obstacles at the top
and bottom.
• Do not saw any workpieces that contain
nails or similar foreign bodies.
• Always work to the side of the saw blade.
• Ensure that the cut pieces can move
away from the side of the saw blade so
that they do not get caught by the blade.
• To rectify faults or remove jammed pieces
of wood always switch off the machine
and disconnect the plug from the mains
supply, only then may you remove the
jammed workpiece.
• Do not increase the load on the saw so
that it slows down and stops.
• Protect the saw blade from shocks and
blows. Do not expose it to any lateral
pressure.
• Caution. The saw blade will continue to
turn after you have switched if off .
• The saw blade will become very hot
during use. Do not touch it until it has
had chance to cool down.
• Select the appropriate saw blade for the
material that you wish to saw.
• Only use saw blade that have been
recommended by the manufacturer.
• Use a suitable extraction system in
enclosed areas.
Before starting the machine
• Place the machine on a stable support,
in other words on a workbench, a sub-
frame or the like.
• Fit all the covers and safety guards
correctly.
• The saw blade must be able to turn freely.
• Check that all the moving parts can move
easily.
• Before connecting the machine to the
mains supply compare the data on the
model plate with the mains data.
Assembly
Proceed in the speci� ed order for assembling
the machine:
1. Place all the parts on a � at ground.
Sub-frame
(1. 2. 3. 19, B13)
2. Whole screws and lock nuts are all in the
assembly accessory (19).
3. Put the top frame ‘s two hole (1)
correspond with four feet’s hole (2).
4. Put screws on the four feet (2) , but do
not tighten them.
5. Put the middle frame’s two hole (3)
correspond with four feet’s hole and
put screws on the four feet, but do not
tighten them.
6. Adjust the angle of four feet and tighten
all the screws.
7. Set four rubber feet (B13) into the button
of the feet, last put the installed feet on
the � at ground.
Attention: install the top frame and middle
frame to the right position.
