Diagnosing possible operational problems
SYMPTOM
REMEDY
No clock display
1 .Check mains supply switch to programmer is ON
2.Check mains supply fuses to programmer are OK
Buttons will not function
EXT and ADV buttons will not work if the HW or CH
slider is in OFF or ON mode, or the slider under the
door is not set to RUN.
Heating and Hot Water will not work
1.
Check remedy points under ‘No clock display’
above.
2.
Check programmer output is ON (i.e. is the
indicator lit).
3.
Check that external Thermostats are turned up.
Incorrect time displayed
See ‘How to Set the Programmer’ overleaf.
If normal operation cannot be achieved by
RESET Programmer by pressing RESET button
the above remedies
(time of day will need to be set). If symptoms persist
contact the Technical Support.
