9.Maintenance and Repair
Maintenance :
There is no periodic or routine user maintenance required.
9.1 Lamp Replacement
1.
Turn off power and disconnect the power cord.
2.
Allow the projector to cool down for about 5 minutes before replacing the lamp.
3.
Using the (+) driver
remove the two screws from the bottom front of the
projector cover.
4.
Press the button at the rear of the projector and remove the top cover.
5.
Remove the lamp attaching screws, hold socket and remove the lamp.
6.
Hold the socket and the lamp bracket and remove the lamp from the socket.
7.
Replace the lamp. ( Fig.8 Lamp assembly )
8.
Connect the power cord and check the lamp.
9.
Reinstall the top cover.
Do not touch the lamp while it is hot. (Risk of burns)
Do not touch the projector with wet hands. (Risk of electric shock)
