Check pressure, analyze, and
attach filled gas cylinders.
O2________ %________ psi/bar

Attach electronics module,
tighten the two screws by hand.
Mount the two first stages.
Attach IP diluent supply hose to
mouthpiece, tighten.
Attach HUD on to mouthpiece.
Attach IP diluent supply hose to
inflator.
Close OPV on right counterlung.
Negative loop pressure test.
Insert smart battery and
conduct power-up self-tests,
(see Start up procedure).
Prebreathe. It is very important
to perform a full prebreathe for
a minimum of 5 minutes, while
pinching your nose.

Check that the battery is charged.
Inspect electronics module,
handset, cables, electric
connections, HUD, pneumatics
hoses and oxygen sensors.
Mount top plate on top of scrub-
ber, check O-rings (2 O-rings).
Mount end plate in the bottom
of scrubber, check O-rings and
sponge (3 O-rings).
Install scrubber into cartridge
housing, tighten the four screws
by hand.
Attach BC and harness to
cartridge housing.
Mount counterlungs.
Inspect check valves.
Check hoses, mouthpiece,
T-valves and attach.
