4 Slightly fiddle the raising button downward, the machine head will sink. And then, press
the machine head with hands and lock it stably in up/down direction. After the raising
knob is fiddled to be level, it can be locked (shown in the figure 5 and 6).
5 Turn on the power, toggle the gear knob to “P” gear, and let it operate for a short time,
or toggle to the gear 1-6 for a long-time operation.
6 After testing, toggle the gear knob “0” gear to stop it.
7 Toggle the start button in anti-clockwise direction, hold the machine head, and raise the
machine head.

Operation Instruction
1 First place the mixed food into the pan.
2 Place the stirring pan into the base and lock the pan in the direction indicated on the
machine.

Operation Guidance
Knead dough
Knead dough: make dough with different effect and quality quickly, which can be applied to
make bread, steamed bun, cake and pie.
1 The weight ratio of flour to water is 5:3 (The percent is only for reference. The ratio could
be adjusted according to real situation);
2 Stir for 25-30 s in gear 1, and toggle to the gear 2, and stir for 3-4 min, thus a uniform and
pliable dough shaped (later, the rotation speed and stirring duration can be adjusted between
the gear 1 and 2 on demand).
3 Make sure not to exceed the maximum capacity.
4 The maximal stirring capacity of the stirring pan is 750g dry flour. Proportional water
should be added.
5 Stirring appliance to use: kneading hook.
Make breads and other noodles:
1 500g strong flour, 100g sugar, 1 egg, 5g yeast powder, 75 butter, 4g salt and 250g water.
2 Install the kneading knife, and then put the flour, water and other ingredients into the pan.
3 First switch to the gear to knead dough for 3 min, then switch to the gear to knead dough for
5 min, next switch to the gear 3 to knead dough for 15 min. at this time, the flour will form a

damaged.

1.The stirring foods can be mixed by personal taste. Generally stir it for about 3 min at the
gear 1-6. The maximal continuous stirring time should not be over 10 min.
