2. Connect the mounting bracket (EE) to the outlet
box with short machine screws (BB). Orient the
mounting bracket (EE) so the raised center
portion protrudes into the outlet box.

1a. Attach long machine screws (DD) to the threaded
holes in mounting bracket (EE) that align with the
mounting holes in the canopy of fixture (A).
Do not install the canopy at this time.
1b. NOTE: Long machine screws (DD) are purposely
longer than needed for most installations. The
position of the junction box attachment point and
thickness of the drywall will vary from home to home.
When the threaded knobs (CC) are tightened, the
screw heads will self-adjust and back out of the
mounting bracket (EE). Do not attach threaded
knobs (CC) yet.
