This circular saw is design for do-it-yourself,
wood-cutting applications.
WARNING:
Do not cut any metals,
masonry, glass, tile or plastic with this saw.
A dull blade will cause slow, inefficient
cutting overload on the saw motor,
excessive splintering, and could increase
the possibility of kickback.
• DO NOT use any abrasive wheels.
• Use only blades designed for wood cutting
• DO NOT use under wet conditions or in the
presence of flammable liquids or gases.
• DO NOT let children come in contact with
the tool.
Supervision is required when inexperienced
users operate the tool.

INSTAllING ANd ReMovING THe
BATTeRy PAck fRoM THe Tool
WARNING:
Make certain the lock-off
button is engaged to prevent switch actuation
before removing or installing battery.
TO INSTALL BATTEry PACK: Insert
battery pack into tool as shown in figure
B. Ensure battery pack is fully seated and
fully latched into position.
TO rEMOvE BATTEry PACK: Depress
the battery release button as shown in
figure c and pull battery pack out of tool.

Support large panels to minimize the risk
of blade pinching and kickback. Large
panels tend to sag under their own weight
as shown in figure d.

Supports must be placed under the panel
on both sides, near the line of cut and
near the edge of the panel (figure e).

Support work near cut
Never hold piece being cut in your hands
or across your leg (figure f).

Secure the workpiece to a stable platform
as shown in figure G. It is important to
support the work properly to minimize body
exposure, blade binding, or loss of control.

The depth of cut should be set according
to the thickness of the workpiece.
• Loosen the depth adjustment knob (11) to
unlock the saw shoe (5) as shown in figure H.
