Check package contents for completeness.
•
Identify the input voltage that your device requires to be powered. The voltage specifi cations can usually be found in the user
manual of the device or on the device itself.
•
Select the desired output voltage of the power adapter by turning the voltage regulator with the adjustment clip provided.
•
Select the correct adapter plug for your device and connect the plug with the end of the cable.
•
When connecting the adapter plug with the cable, ensure that the polarity of the plug is suitable for the polarity of your device.
If needed, remove the adapter plug and connect it inversely with the cable.
•
Now connect the power adapter with your device.
•
Finally connect the power adapter with a freely accessible power outlet.
Warning: Do not connect the power adapter to the electric network if you have any doubts whether the selected
voltage of the power adapter corresponds to the voltage of your device.

Do not use the device if it has visible damages.
•
Use the power adapter only with the appropriate mains power (100-240 V) and type power outlet.
•
The voltage of the power adapter must not exceed the voltage of the device to be powered, otherwise there is a risk of short
circuit and your device might be damaged.
•
Please insert the adapter plugs only in appropriate sockets of your device (power input ports only).
•
Never attempt to modify the power adapter or the adapter plugs.
•
Never expose the device to high mechanical pressure.
•
Ensure to have free access to the power outlet to which the power adapter will be connected. Do not pull the cable when
disconnecting the device from the electric network.
•
Protect the device against humidity and do not immerse it in water. If the power adapter might come into contact with liquids,
please immediately disconnect the device from the power outlet.
•
Do not open the power adapter unit.
•
The power adapter is an electric device, please keep away from children.
•
If not in use, please disconnect the power adapter from the power outlet.
In accordance with European defaults used electrical and electronics devices may no more be
given to the unsorted waste. The symbol of the waste bin on wheels refers to the necessity of
separate collection. Please help with environmental protection and see to it that this device is
given to the for this purpose designated systems of waste sorting if you do not use it any longer.
