7. GUARANTEE:
The products of the
INTERACT³
series are fabricated by means
of modern technology and are subjected to strict quality controls.
Should defects still occur in your equipments, the POPP GmbH
off ers guarantee to the following extent.
1. Our guarantee off er comprises the repair or new delivery of
an equipment, if it exhibits a defect in the function or material
composition that can be proven.
2. The guarantee off er is not based upon the natural wear and
tear or transport damages or damages as a consequence of not
paying attention to the installation instructions as well as impro-
per installation. One automatically loses the claim to the guaran-
tee off er, if the equipment has been disassembled after diagno-
sis of errors.
