Any repairs under the warranty will be made in the
POOLBIKE S.L.U.
warehouse, in Igualada
(Barcelona), unless otherwise expressed by the national Regulations of the country of sale.
Freight charges will be paid by the customer.
In case the customer could himself change the pieces under warranty, these will be sent according
POOLBIKE S.L.U.
with the required instructions and freight charges must be covered by the
customer.
All the machines are assembled before to be packed, which guarantees the perfect working of all
the components, like screws, closures and mobile parts. For this reason, is unlikely that some of
these parts has a default when the equipment is new.
We only will accept refunds if the product is not used and perfectly packed in its
original box.
Excluded from the warranty:
- Esthetical quality of the equipment.

machines are manufactured and designed to be used exclusively inside the
water. To use it out of water may cause some damages which are not included in the warranty.
- The materials subjected to wear, such as the saddle, footrest, auto lubricated supports of pedal,
EVA pads for feet and fastening belts.
- Any manipulation performed by the customer, as welding, holes and coupling and parts of the
machine that has received hits and inappropriate use.
- The use of screws and spares of different quality from original.
- Deteriorations in screws, thread and axes that were in mint condition before the first assembly,
nor breaks or blockades of screws in axes or pieces of the machine.
- The equipment that have not received the required maintenance detailed in the
user’s manual.
- Imperfections due to the wrong unpacking and assembly of the equipment. Some of our
products need two persons to do it. These operations should be done following the instructions
supplied with the equipment.
- Defaults and damages produced by the incorrect assembly of the machines that it is
contemplated in the manual of assembly and maintenance of every machine, nor neither hurts
caused by the repair or substitution of pieces of wear of the machine.
- Any external oxidizing in the product due to its contact with any ferrous material, by external
precipitation or corrosive agents and esthetic damages or superficial spots of oxide that could be
cleaned with a cleaner stainless-steel product.
- Spots on floors, walls and clothes caused by the wear, dirt or metallic contamination of any part
of the machines.
- Pools with treatment by electrolysis salt can damage the stainless steel of the equipments
POOLBIKING
due to the conductivity
generated by the water in metallic materials. The saline
electrolysis doesn’t attack in the same way the metal parts of the pools as fixed ladders and
springboards because of the incorporation of a ground wiring.

It won’t be accepted any claim attributable to the transport if the incidence has not been
registered in the delivery note of the forwarder in the moment of the reception. It should be
complemented with pictures that show how has been received the material.
In any case, the possible damages that may present the different parts of the machines due to
the transport are perfectly identified and POOLBIKE, S.L.U saves the right to accept them or not
under warranty after the analysis of the incidence.

takes refuge in the
legal in force dispositions that regulate this type of commercial transactions.
