Overload protection
The pump has a built-in thermal overload trip which prevents the pump from
overheating. In the case of the pump overheating, it must be allowed to cool down
before restarting.
If the pump will not start again automatically when cooled down, please follow
the maintenance and cleaning instructions
Maintenance and cleaning
(see fig 1& 2)
Follow these safety instructions, making sure that the pump is switched off
and unplugged
1. Undo the four latches of the outer casing which reveals the pump body (see
figure 2)
2. Screw out the universal hose connector (3)
3. Unclip the pump housing (6) from the motor housing (4)
4. Remove the impellor (8) from the motor housing (4)
5. Clean all parts using water and a soft sponge.
Assembling the pump
1. Place the impellor (8) in the motor housing (4) with caution.
2. Make sure the impellor is assembled correctly and will turn freely.
3. Check the position of the sealing ring (7) on the pump housing (6)
4. Put the pump housing (6) in the motor housing (4) and tighten the four screws (9)
5. Put the outer casing (2) back together containing the pump body (figure 2)

Installation should be carried out in accordance with your
local electrical installation code. Please contact a suitable electrician.

label of the pump.
