Warranty and Service
Limited Warranty
Thank you for purchasing POMCube iCAN NetZero Plus. POMCube values your
business and always attempts to provide you the very best quality of service.
POMCube warrants to the purchaser of the product in its original sealed
packaging, that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship for
a limited warranty period, beginning on the date the product was installed.
Warranty Commencement Warranty Period
Warranty commences from
initial installation date. Ten (10) years in total
Energy Retention 70% at 10 years, following initial installation
date
Note that this Limited Warranty (including its duration) is subject to a number
of important exclusions and limitations, which are described in detail, below.
Remedies
If your iCAN NetZero Plus fails to comply with the above Limited Warranty,
POMCube will, in its sole discretion, either repair your iCAN NetZero Plus (using
new or refurbished parts), replace your iCAN NetZero Plus with an equivalent
product (new or refurbished), or refund you the market price of an equivalent
product at the time of the warranty claim. If your iCAN NetZero Plus is repaired
or replaced under this Limited Warranty, the remainder of the original warranty
period will apply to the repaired or replacement product. Under no
circumstances will the original warranty period be extended as a result of your
iCAN NetZero Plus being repaired or replaced.

* The battery pack should not be removed from the enclosure.
