MAINTENANCE
1. Mud may cause slipping. Keep the ladder treads free of mud.
2. Retighten the ladder hardware regularly. LOOSE HARDWARE WILL CAUSE LADDER FAILURE.
6. Secure the handrails: insert a Machine Screw

(with Washer

) from the inside of the ladder, and fasten with a Lock Washer

and lastly a
Cap Nut

. Repeat with another handrail. The ladder should now look like an inverted “V” from the side.
IMPORTANT: make sure that all the screws are firmly tightened. THIS PREVENTS THE HANDRAILS FROM SEPARATING FROM THE LEGS.
LADDER FAILURE WILL RESULT IF SCREWS ARE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED!
7. Install the Ladder Warning Brackets

: with the text facing outwards, insert a Machine Screw
