Make sure that it is firmly connected before
proceeding any further. To release the hose,
simply press the release key (
E1
) and at the
same time remove the moulded plug (

).
•Connect the power
cord (
F
) into an
electrical outlet of the
correct voltage.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
•Press the ON/OFF
switch (
B
).
•The ON lamp (
C
) and
the steam pressure
indicator lamp (
D
) will
both light up.
•Wait for the steam
pressure indicator lamp
(
D
) to go out (about 5
minutes).
•
Vaporetto is now ready for use.
• The steam sprayer (

)
has a safety button (
2A
)
that prevents accidental
activation of the steam
delivery system by a
child or other persons
unaware of how the
device works. To
prevent the accidental
output of steam press the safety button (
2A
).
To resume delivery press the safety button
(
2A
) in the opposite direction and operate
the steam control lever (
4
).
The first jet of steam may contain some
water droplets, due to the hoses being
colder than the steam coming from the
boiler; in a moment steam will continuously
flow from the unit. We would therefore
advise that the first jet of steam is sprayed
onto an old cloth until a constant steam flow
is obtained.
Note: The steam pressure indicator lamp (D)
may go on and off periodically during use of
Vaporetto, this is quite normal.
If you press the steam request lever (
4
) when
the appliance is still under pressure, even if the
power is off and not connected to electricity, you
may still experience steam escaping from the
flexible hose.
When you switch off the appliance, before
storing it, it is neccessary to press the steam
request lever (
4
) until the steam flow and excess
water are exhausted.
CONNECTION OF ACCESSORIES
•To connect the
extension tubes (
7
) to
the steam gun, the large
brush (
8
) and the
adapter (
5
), simply join
them to one another
until the accessory
locking button (
11
) clicks
into place.
