9. 

Install your PC software

Before installing the software that came with your camera, be sure 
that your computer meets these requirements:

   200 MHz Pentium processor or equivalent

   Microsoft Windows 98 or Me

   32 MB RAM

   210 MB available hard disk space

   Available USB port

   16-bit High Color display (at 800 x 600 DPI resolution or greater)

   Sound card, mouse, and 2x or faster CD-ROM drive 

Note: 

If you have any questions about the system capabilities of your 
computer, read the documentation that came with the computer 
or contact the computer manufacturer.

To install your Winamp and PhotoMAX software, please follow the 
directions on the software CD jacket.

Important

:

 

You must install the PhotoMAX software and then 

reboot your computer before you connect the PhotoMAX MP3 
camera to the computer’s USB port. After the software is installed, 
always turn the camera dial to 

CAMERA

 mode and open the lens 

before you connect the camera to the computer’s USB port.
