9923983 - 2012-2013 RZR 170 Service Manual

Front Bumper Removal / Installation

Remove the (2) push rivets from each side of the front
bumper.

Remove the (4) screws retaining the front bumper to
the frame.

Disconnect the daytime running lights as shown and
remove the bumper from the vehicle.

Reverse this procedure to reinstall the front bumper.
Tighten all fasteners securely.

Front Cab Removal / Installation

Remove the (6) push rivets retaining the rear portion
of the front cab to the frame.

Remove the (2) push rivets from each side, retaining
the front cab to the front bumper.

Remove the (3) fasteners from each side, retaining
the front cab to the rocker panels.

16 in-lbs (1.8 Nm)
