Step 3:
Remove the shipping box from the forklift frame assembly.
Remove the two safety chains from the shipping box and attach the chain clips to each other for later use when lifting the trailer
down on to its tires. Bolt the two ends of these chains to the center two bolts on the front of the trailer deck.
Step 4:
Step 5:
Step 6:
Step 7:
Insert the two forklift tongues as
shown under these two chains, with
the tongs tilted upwards as shown.
Then lift the chains up until they are
tight and the trailer barely rests on
the round
Remove the two angle upright support bars from the
main chassis and move these out of the way.
You can now start to lower the trailer main deck
gradually to the ground until it is standing on its tire and
front support angles as shown.
Go slowly and keep the fork lift tongs pointed slightly
up at their tips to assure that the chains do not slip off
of them
Next remove the forklift brackets.
The chassis will now be totally supported by the forklift
tongs
Move the “raise -lower switch” to the lower position.
Then start to lower the trailer onto its tires by slowly backing
the fork lift up and lowering the fork lift tongs as you back
up. Place two blocks in back of the trailer tires such that it
doesn’t roll backwards
