5. With help of an assistant, slide rear roof

together, compressing foam seal

Align mounting holes and install eight screws

with washers

as shown. Torque to specification.
TORQUE
20-24 in-lbs. (2.3-2.7 Nm)
6. If needed, clean lower edges of roof panels at
locations where foam seals from kit
1
will be
installed. Install foam seals along panel edges as
shown.
7. Install four U-clip nuts

into front roof mounting
pillars. Ensure nuts are oriented as shown.
8. With help of an assistant, place combined roof
assembly on top of vehicle ROPS so that front
retaining hooks engage slots in upper mount plate,
and middle retaining hooks are on forward side of
ROPS cross-member as shown.
9. With help of an assistant, slide roof assembly
rearward until all retaining hooks are fully seated in
vehicle ROPS as shown.
