12. Limited One Year Warranty
PoGo! Products, Inc.. Warrants that for 90 days from date of purchase, it will
replace this product if found defective in either materials or workmanship. You
must send the product with its original packing materials to Product Exchange
Center, 590 W. Central Suite “E”, Brea, CA 92821-3019 for prompt no-charge
replacement. Any replacement of a defective product is PoGo! Products, Inc’s
sole responsibility under this warranty. We will not be held responsible for dam-
ages that are either incidental or consequential, or for any loss arising out of use
or inability to use this product.
This warranty excludes damages due to abuse, misuse or neglect. Some states
do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty
gives you specific rights, which may vary from state to state.
