The following prompt will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen, click the green flashing
LED on the machine.
The resulting tool length offset should measure between -3.0 and -3.5 to properly cut out an
aligner. If this value is not achieved change the length of the tool and re-measure.
Shutdown of the Machine

When you are done operating the machine, click on the power button symbol in the
upper right corner of the screen this shuts down the machine, but also safely shuts
down the Beaglebone Board. A pop-up asks you if you would like to completely shut
down the V2 machine.

Shut off the power button on the Pocket NC and unplug the machine from the
computer.

The computer may generate an error message warning you to eject the BeagleBone
before unplugging it. You may eject the BeagleBone from the computer if desired,
but it is not necessary.

Turn off the machine, unplug the USB and the power cord when not in use.
