FRENCH LEGISLATION
While using the drone the safety of people and other aircraft is your responsibility. If you use your drone in France, as
part of leisure activities, we remind you that it is essential to respect the following 10 principles to fly in accordance with
the law:
1. I do not fly over people.
2. I respect the maximum flight heights.
3. I never lose my sight of the drone and I do not use it at night.
4. I do not fly my drone over public space in built-up areas.
5. I do not use my drone near aerodromes.
6. I do not fly over sensitive sites.
7. I respect the privacy of others.
8. I do not broadcast my footage without the agreement of the persons concerned and I do not use it
commercially.
9. I verify under what conditions I am insured for the practice of this activity.
10. In case of doubt, I inquire.

The usage of a drone not complying with the rules enacted to ensure safety is punishable by one year of imprisonment
and a fine of 75,000 euros under Article L. 6232-4 of transport code.

federations, where you can find more information on clubs near your home.
Recycling
These symbols indicate that this product should not be disposed of with other household waste. Selective
collection of electrical and electronic waste: Electrical products should not be disposed of with household
products. According to the European Directive 2012/19 / EC for the disposal of electrical and electronic equip

ment and its execution in national law, used electrical products must be collected separately and arranged at
collection points provided for this purpose. Consult local authorities or your dealer for recycling advice.
