Troubleshooting

Problem

Possible cause and solution

The radio does not turn on

The battery may be discharged. 

Charge the battery.

The battery may not be installed 

correctly.

Reinstall the battery.

The battery discharges quickly 

after full charge

Battery life has expired. Replace 

the battery with a new one.

You are not heard by others 

when you emit or you do not 

receive the others

Make sure you use the same 

frequency and the same channel 

as the other participants.
